This picture shows our spirits right now. We have learned to count our blessings
as they come daily. We are on Jared Jenkins boat, in the bay at Tampa FL. Wayde is
driving the boat as Brad and Skylar are spreading their arms as if they are flying
across the waters. I am resting, out of veiw, beside Wayde. This was a trip we
enjoyed last spring. This is how our hearts feel right now.
Brad had his drain pulled. It was placed during his third hospital stay in
December. When it was pulled he felt as if he'd been released from handcuffs.
FREEDOM. That day was the first in many weeks that I felt like the warmth of hope
was peeking through ominous clouds again.
I asked in my last update that you pray that we can rest. I have been resting very
well, thankyou so very much. Please continue to pray for Brad. Nights are still up and
down for him, though he is sleeping a little better. He is fighting what may be a slight
fever. He is achy and very tired. Perhaps he has caught one of the flu's going
around. Hmmmm.
The boys have started up with school once again. They really enjoy it this year.
Praise God for the curriculum of Landmark Freedom Baptist Press.
We all have heart-aches. We pray for so many of you, often. I long for Jesus'
return. My heart so desires the day that Jesus wipes away all our tears. Until then we
must all continue to square our shoulders back and remain faithful. DO NOT fall
away. Hold on a little longer. He is coming soon!!!
