Our Biography
Brad and Neta Kerstetter have been married twenty years and have sung together since they were dating. Brad sings bass, emcee’s
and guides the family in the footsteps of Christ. Neta sings lead and speaks occasionally for women’s special events. They now
have two adopted sons who are the light of their life. Wayde, the oldest son, performs each concert singing lead or baritone and
giving his twice adopted testimony. Skylar, the youngest son, sings with the family and lights up a congregation with his zeal for life
and inability to stand still. Brad and Neta unceasingly testify of God’s mercy, tenderness, and grace.
While some of our music is original, lots of our music is traditional. No matter how one may try to sum up our sound we hope they
will always come away from a concert inspired to live for Christ.

Our History
The Kerstetters are a well seasoned Gospel singing and recording group. They are sought after for their style of music that holds to
the tradition of southern gospel music. Their unique blend of country gospel and southern gospel has gained their co-founder and
mother Betty Kerstetter, induction into the Pennsylvania Southern Gospel Hall of Fame in 2001.
In 1993, The Kerstetters called it quits due to the untimely death of Betty Kerstetter. After regrouping and praying for God’s
guidance, The Kerstetters performed once again at a church service on Mother’s Day 1995. Without their mother and inspiration,
they carried on their devotion to winning the lost through music ministry. From that day forward, their ministry has been blessed
and they have not stopped to look back.
The group has made 5 recordings from 1978 through 2006, and has just released a new recording “Dig a Little Deeper” in 2008.

Our Statement of Faith
We Believe
In the holy infallible Word of God , and that it is in fact, Christ Himself.
John 1:1-14

We Believe
In Christ crucified, risen and coming again. This is the hope of our salvation.
1 Corinthians 15

We Believe
We are called to holiness, yet not in or of our own abilities for He (Jesus Christ) who has begun a good work in us is faithful to
complete it.
Philippians 1:6

Our Mission of Hospitality
A less seen aspect of our ministry, but no less important is our ministry of hospitality. God has brought many folks to our doors
who have set down at our table and been fed, not only by earthly food that fills the body, but by heavenly food of God’s Word and
brotherly fellowship. We hope each new friend we meet will feel free to partake of our friendship and let us encourage them in
Christ, and in turn encourage us.

Bethel Union Chapel
How blessed we are to be part of a wonderful church family. Our Pastor, Dave Butler, and his lovely wife Ruth are our mentors and
good friends. They are our confidante’s and help us to keep our eyes on Jesus. Our church family is full of folks who adore Christ
and who lovingly support our family and our ministry. We praise God daily for the gift of our church.

Our Dream
May people see Jesus when they see us. May they be inspired to grow their spiritual roots toward the spring of living water. May
they be encouraged to stand firm when the wind blows because the Word of God dwells in them richly also.
